As I wrote earlier, I came to the United States on a J1 visa, got married the day before its expiration, and then technically overstayed (I'm still in the US). So, now I'm in the process of filling out documents to Adjust the Status.

I would be really happy with help of questions about filling out the form I-485 :

Part 2, page 7, item 4: If you selected a family based,.........., are you applying for adjustment based on INA section 245 (i)?  Yes or No?

Part 9, page 14, item 13:  Have you EVER violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status? Yes or No?

Part 9, page 21, item 76: Since April 1, 1997, have you been unlawfully present in the United States......? Yes or No
Part 9, page 19, 57-60: Should I include our sponsor (spouse's parent) in all these items? Or I should count only both of us?
