I am the principal applicant and have two derivatives. Last week when we were checking NVC case status it showed 3 entries NRB 01/02/03. But next week when we checked NRB 03 entry was missing. Our interview is next week and all of us have interview on same day and time. Our CEAC portal shows every documents have been uploaded and accepted. Why did one entry go missing? Is this a glitch or one of us is not eligible for visa? Although we were asked to fill i864ez fresh one even though this form is used when you sponsor only one person, we are yet to submit that. could that be the reason?

Visa category?  Ages of derivatives? Marital status of derivatives?

Meaning I put both your questions together to preserve context.  Otherwise, you would have answers scattered in different threads.

By my rough calculation, it took roughly 4 years for petition to be approved. If you subtract that from current age, that will be 18 years 7 months for CSPA. So he should be CSPA protected. You need to contact NVC immediately to sort this out. If don't hear from them quickly, go to the interview next week with your son and sort it out at the consulate. Good luck.

Yep.  I used a calculator which, if I entered everything correctly, the DS-260 was submitted  5 months after a visa became available....which should be fine.....but I am no expert in this area. and the adjusted age was well below the cutoff.
