I received email from NVC in which it stated my mother interview is in March and bring this letter to embassy and medical center. But I am confused because there is no interview letter attach to the email, The  interview date is in writing at the end of email but no PDF letter is attached. When I tried to schedule medical exam, they asked to upload interview letter but I dont have it.

Congratulations!, Several people got emails sent out today for interviews for Islamabad embassy…. Go online to the NVC site https://ceac.state.gov/IV and send them a message. I also heard when you enter your case no and invoice number and goto the dashboard there is no update regarding the interview schedule date etc.

Are you sure the email isn’t the letter they’re referring to? If it has the date in it then that might be it? I’d try uploading that as well as contacting NVC

When I came to US, I received my interview letter in PDF file which was attached to my email. It was letter with barcode in it . But this time for my mother,  I was expecting the same thing but they did not send any separate file attachment with email. Just mentioned the time and date at the end of email. That's it

The email is your interview letter. You won’t receive any additional letter or attachment. Download the email and take it with you for your medical exam.

Unfortunately the medical center is not letting me book medical exam without interview letter
