Photograph was distorted

Hi,

I had an email which was about my photograph. It says your photo doesn’t meet requirements and I sent the new one by Royal Mail but on the instructions I had to send by DX Courier and it’s very far away from me. Do you think they will accept my documents ? 
 

Did anyone face the same issue ?

It may not match up if you sent it via RM - for DX you get a specific tracking code usually that is linked to your application. 

 

But all you can do is keep an eye on your application status and see if it changes.

I have checked the track number on Royal Mail it has been delivered. 
 

Let’s hope the best. 
 

It’s quiet frustrating because it takes my whole day to go to DX courier.

Would they not pick up? Mine was 18 months ago so I might be misremembering but I thought there was the option to arrange a collection. 

 

Hopefully as long as you put your case number and details in the envelope it’ll get matched up, good luck.
