well one of the requirements from the I-864 is at least the tax transcript for the most recent year..

 

you could probably just send 2023.

Yeah you have to send a copy of the tax return AND the associated W-2s & 1099s OR the Tax Return Transcript

yes

it should be printed on the visa itself

Also don't forget to put the Receipt number from the I-129F in Part 2. Item #2 "Receipt Number of Underlying Petition (if any)"

The only question that confuses me right now is the employment one. Should I only fill in my previous employment, or should I put unemployed first and THEN my previous employment?

It does say to list periods of unemployment or retirement so I would list your unemployment first and then previous employment

we put unemployment first because it was about 6 months worth.

you can always use page 14 for extra space for the employment part. thats what we did

I did the same on my original application, just wasn't sure. The job I had was for almost 6 years so I'm only listing that one
