Do you include the rejection letter with it? Can you use the old forms you signed and filed, or do you have to reprint them with a new signature date?

There's a neon piece of paper that comes with the rejected packet. That has to be included with what you refile.

 

You're better off just printing and redoing the forms

Especially since they just got updated. Definitely need a new signature and date in my opinion

I personally did include it because it shows when I filed it, on time, so it shows I tried my best to file on time.
