You just send everything the same way you did the first time

EXCEPT you have to answer the question on the i-485 about being unlawfully present in the US as yes instead of no

And you still include a print out of your i-94.

AND the section about ever violating the terms of your nonimmigrant visa. They are in Part 9. Items 13 & 76

Do you include the rejection letter with it? Can you use the old forms you signed and filed, or do you have to reprint them with a new signature date?

There's a neon piece of paper that comes with the rejected packet. That has to be included with what you refile.

 

You're better off just printing and redoing the forms

Especially since they just got updated. Definitely need a new signature and date in my opinion

I personally did include it because it shows when I filed it, on time, so it shows I tried my best to file on time.

I hope so too. I'm making my husband check his email incase it gets sent back to our locker at the apt every single day.. But it's only been 1,5 week so.. Can't panic too hard
