I did some doom-searching today and figured out that the Dallas Lockbox is just VERY slow with their receipts etc. Yippie. Atleast it gives me peace that I don't have to worry about it if it takes a month+.

I feel you! From the time we all started writing our application, oh the anxiousness was there, i said ill be at ease once I mailed it in but no, each step has a different anxiety ladder by watching videos, reading articles, etc...

I think we all be rest assured once we really get the residency card. 😂

Was the same for me. Was like 3 weeks of waiting for me but don't forget too that they don't count weekends and any holidays as working days so in reality for me it was exactly 14 days for a response from them so like "2 weeks" for them. 🤣

Jaycel and I were furiously checking her spam folder and constantly checking the signal strength on her cell phone all day to make sure we weren't missing any messages 🤣

Hey everybody,

So I did get an appointment notice for my biometrics..but I am unsure whether I am supposed to go or not since my case has been rejected? The USCIS live agents are no help unfortunately.

Reading is what? Fun-da-men-tal!

Thats odd..but is the i765 declined as well on the app?

Try connecting again to another agent maybe they have a different angle on that.  Or maybe somewhere in this forum you can find similar case..

Biometrics appointment attended today. Quick and no problems. They let us do it early since nobody else was there. Now to wait on updates to the cases. 🥰

Let us know!! :)

I485 was rejected saying that we needed proof of an immigrant petition and priority date - even though they literally sent us back the 129F NOA2 with the packet (one of the top pages they stapled, actually).

Anyone have any experience with resubmitting when we sent all they needed (and more?)
