Hey Jared, question!
What do you mean with 'o   Cover Letter RE: medical exams for K-1 Non-Immigrant Visa holders adjusting status who have completed a medical exam abroad within one year of filing form I-485'?

I did the same as Edward & Jaycel just to be on the safe side. Some people have been rejected due to not including the medical exam form even though k1 adjusters are not required to provide it. This letter points that out.

Thankyou! I've added it now!

I've decided to just do the i-131 online once I have proof that the 485 has been received etc. I need 2 passport photos and we only got the 4 we need for the 485 and 765. Sighhhhhh... It's okay though. No rush on that one.

Edit: Just found out I can't do it online due to our category. Sigh. This stuff is headache inducing.

Heya folks,

My wife's I-94 authorization expires 1/30/25 and I've been franticly trying to track down paperwork. It seems she did not receive a Form DS-3025 at her medical exam. She only received local forms documenting her vaccines and the sealed medical packet that we collected by CBP upon arrival. I have seen other threads about this on here, but I'm not able to find a consensus on which direction to go with it. Any ideas?

You can either try to contact the medical facility that performed the exam and see if they will email you a copy of the DS-3025 or you can send the packet without the copy included. There is no requirement that you provide a copy of it with the I-485. It just serves as a reminder to USCIS that you had a medical exam abroad and to look for it in your A-File. They should see by your filing status on the I-485 that you are adjusting as a K Visa holder and know to look for the medical file. You really should try to get a copy of the DS-3025 however for your own records.

I emailed the ones dat did mine and they emailed it to me in a PDF. Funnily enough it has big letters saying 'GIVE COPY TO PATIENT' but they never did.

I'd request copy from that medical facility. And if they don't cooperate, there must be a way of flagging them to USCIS / DOS. They should be following all instructions to continue working with US government.

I have everything in an envelope and we're sending it off later today.. SCARY. I'm worried we don't have enough evidence for the marriage but fingers crossed.

Just remember that for K-1 AOS they realize you won’t have a ton of evidence immediately upon filing. What we’ve been doing since we filed, as we get more evidence, joint account statements, utility bills, etc., we use the “Documents” tab to upload “Unsolicited Evidence”.
