Case in transit for 8 weeks

Hello everyone My husband’s case is in transit for over 8weeks now since November 19 2024. I emailed Dushanbe Tajikistan embassy. They stated that they did not received the physical documents yet. I'm wondering how long it will take them to receive the documents? I made inquiry to NVC they stated they already sent the documents. Is there anyone who could give me any information or been in same situation. Thank you

Transit from where to where? USCIS to NVC, or NVC to consulate? What kind of case is this?

The case is in transit from NVC to the US embassy in Dushanbe Tajikistan. The case is family reunification-based on asylum approval. I contacted congressman to get in touch with embassy, they responded back to them stating that they did not receive the physical documents yet and once they receive, they will set up appointment date. I’m concerned about how long it is taking to send documents over Dushanbe consulate

Family reunification with whom? What does your online case status say?
