The receipt / extension letter will list actual service center at the end of it.

Mine says National Benefits Center...I think that's a good thing...better than California

My biometrics Appointment will be on Feb 10 and yet no mail except the 48mos extention that arrived yesterday.

Which service center processing your case (it's listed at the bottom of NOA1 extension notice)? My I-751 was delivered to Elgin on 1/15 (so +1 day from yours for pretty much everything; receipt texts, payment etc) and the online extension notice says its being processed at TSC. But I have not received the original extension notice in the mail yet (as of 1/29). I did receive the biometrics reuse notice on Monday though, unsure if they're mailed from the same location or not.

So my foreign spouse received an email notification today (1/28/2025) to login to my.uscis.gov, and got the receipt number even though the check had been not cleared.

It looks like our receipt starts with IOE********** so it is the National Benefits Center?

The exact message is:

January 23, 2025

Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent On January 23, 2025, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE**********, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Interesting that USCIS only uploaded 1 electric bill to the my.uscis.gov documents tab.

Did anyone else have USCIS upload more of your evidence sent with your I-751?

So my Timeline is now:

2025-01-29: I-751 check cashed.

2025-01-28: email notification to login to my.uscis.gov.

For me, they upload I912 fee waiver (original version without processing) and the photos I sent. No any other documents like bills bank statements deed etc. However they saved them in the system, the name of my I912 is part 1, photos are part 7, part 2-6 are just hidden in my portal even thought they are there

Hi everyone. Just wanted to join the thread for the updates.

Technically I filed at the end of December (30th) but figured my case was essentially a January case. So here we are.

My I-751 application with divorce waiver and I-912 fee waiver was received by USICS on Dec 30 2024 (sent to Phoenix Lockbox)

I received the NOA/extension letter (48 months) and biometric reuse letter in my USCIS account on January 18th 2025. I suspect this took slightly longer because of the fee waiver application and the holidays.

Now the waiting game begins 🙂

What makes someone qualify for the fee waiver?

Update!

1/28 (4 days after packet was delivered to Carol Stream, IL) - had a chat with an agent via Emma and got my IOE/receipt number! A couple of hours after that I also got a text from USCIS mentioning ‘case received.’

We tried binding the case to my husband’s old USCIS account (the one we used for CR1 process) but it leads to an error page that says ‘this case is already assigned to an account’ or something. I messaged an agent via Emma again and the agent basically told me that it has to be tied to MY account, and that no Online Access Code (OAS) is available to me yet (i have a USCIS account but forgot/have no OAS) - I have to wait for the actual paper receipt.

What number did you call?

Received notice to login for the Receipt Notice (48-month extension) and Biometrics reuse. Still waiting for the actual letters in the mail.

Does anyone know where to find the data for the Texas Service Center processing times?
