Hi Everyone, 

 

I am creating this forum for all the applicants who are going to submit their petitions in January 2025 for the I-751 Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence. I have finalised my package, which will be sent to USCIS today. Looking forward to hearing other experiences.

Hi, our package arrived in Arizona on January 6th, and my credit card was charged on January 8th. I haven’t heard anything since.

If you filed your I-751 in January of 2025 like I did, you've come to the right place.

- Package Shipping Date: January 10th, 2025 (this is exactly 90 days before my Conditional Permanent Resident Card expires.

- Package Received by the USCIS: January 14th, 2025

I-751 Timeline:

- Package Shipping Date: January 10th, 2025 (this is exactly 90 days before my Conditional Permanent Resident Card expires.

- Package Received by the USCIS: January 14th, 2025

01/11 - Dropped off I-751 packet at UPS

01/13 - Delivered at Elgin, IL Lockbox - received by Romero

 

Still waiting on updates.

1/04/25: Mailed via USPS Express 1/10/25: Received date (delayed due to USPS weather delays) 1/10/25: NOA1 Notice date 1/14/25: Electronic notification of receipt 1/15/25: Check cashed   Still waiting to receive the paper NOA1/extension letter, but hopefully it will come soon!

An hour after I posted this, I got an update lol. 

01/15 - Got notification Card was charged; 30ish mins after, my new case got added to my USCIS account

@Alvaro Herrera 90 days exactly is risky. I would have waited few extra days to avoid rejection or denial.

I think USCIS pays attention to postmark date.
