Combo interview

Hi everyone, 

Today I had my combo interview I-751 divorce waiver and N400. Anyway , in the meantime the status changed and for N400 the online status says “Oat ceremony will be scheduled” but when I checked I-751 status it says “Appeal/Motion was dismissed” your case remains denied. First I never filled for motion. My I-751 took so long to so that’s why I ended up applying for citizenship. Also my I-751 went well, the officer seemed satisfied with my answers and additional documentation that I provided. 
I am so confused 😕 

 

Did anyone else had this situation?

Today’s update: “Oat Ceremony Notice was mailed”. My I-751 status still says “ Appeal/Motion was dismissed”.

Is the notice in the Documents section online?

Yes. They scheduled my oath in 20 days.

I wouldn't worry about it. I-751 loses priority when N-400 is updated and oath is scheduled. Sometimes, USCIS officer can't be bothered updating both case statuses, so only N-400 gets updates.

Right. Even my I-751 interview went really well. The officer was satisfied with my answers and said that my evidences are sufficient.

Then that's it.  Congratulations!  You're almost at the finish line.

Now schedule that passport appointment now that you know when your oath ceremony is.  You'll the get your naturalization certificate at the oath ceremony.  You can go strait to your passport appointment from there and send it with your passport application.

Here is another update: I-751 “Case was approved “ !!!
