Hi all,

I have a quick question around the police clearance submissions. When i qualified for EB2 NIW in Oct 23 i when ahead and submitted the police checks required for the counties iv lived in for longer than 6 months - Canada, UK and NZ.

Because of the backlog im concerned that the 2 year mark is coming up - should i get these done again?

Iv been back to NZ since - i live in the UK -  but haven't been back to Canada since my visa approval. I really hope i dont have to do the Canadian one again as it's such a faff but will do this if i need to.

Thanks in advance
