I'm filing for adjustment of status after being on k1 visa

the official uscis website is requiring a birth certificate with the form i485

I already submitted a birth certificate and a translation for the k1 visa a few months ago

Do I need to submit again with this package or not because I read in some places that they would still have it on record but I'm not sure ?

Did anyone face a problem when they didn't re submit it ?

and if I do, do I need a translation, and does the translator needs to be in the USA or I can submit the same translation from my country ?

and what about the police record if I have no previous record?

Also do I need all the tax returns for the past 3 years or just the one tax return for the last year for the affidavit of support?

Also if I file within the last week of my 90 days k1 status would there be a risk of me being in no status for a while, like how quick do they process the status thing?

I know it's a lot of questions and this process is many layers and many elements in one thing and I'm trying to do my best that's all

I find a lot of help and support in this forum

Thank you

Submit a complete package with all required support documents.

There is no requirement to provide a police certificate.

Once a PROPER I-485 is submitted, you are granted authorized stay in the US until the I-485 has been approved or denied.  "Authorized Stay" is not a legal status in itself, but it allows you to remain without accruing unlawful presence.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Only the most recent tax year form is required to be submitted for the sponsor.  You will need the data from all 3 for the I-864.

Please complete your VJ timeline as it is still completely blank.
