I apply 2021 K1 visa It was rejected,  It was rejected, as the consul asked me why I did not marry her, 2023 I married her and applied for a marriage visa, in 2024 November 11 was my interview date, the consul focused on how to get to know each other and I told the truth and the same answer k1 , I think the age difference is the reason, because there are 28 years between us. After the interview, the consul gave me a blank paper with an administrative procedure, and until now my case is still rejected. Is it possible to negotiate?

He asked me:

How did you know her?

How many times have you met?

Where did you get married?

How did her children and your family react?

Do you have mutual friends on Facebook?

what do you do, where do you live

What is Similarities and differences between you ?

Why did the consul refuse your engagement visa?

How old are you  How old are you and how old is your wife?

How old is her daughter? Is she engaged?

How old are her children?

Do you have a problem having children?

Finally he asked me about the conversations and I gave them to him and then I thanked him and left.

Certainly unusual to see this in Canada.

Do you have a Lawyer.

what do you mean by negotiate?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

He also posted in the Canada AP thread

Where’s Canada come from? Unless I’m going doolally (always a possibility) I can’t see where he mentions it?

I was scratching my head as well.  Before the document was removed, it appears it is Algeria or South Africa or some combo of nationality and interviewing country.

To the OP, it appears it was a white 221G which means Administrative Processing.  No one can predict how long it will take, but until it is completed and decision is made by the consulate your status will most likely change between Administrative Processing and Refused (does not mean rejected or denied).

Good Luck!
