I transferred my Eb2 NIW to UK, I am current in visa bulletin. I have not received the 60days notification.I am wondering if I need to contact the embassy.

When were you DQ’ed and what is your PD? Please fill in your timeline on your profile.

 

What does your online case status say, has London definitely accepted the transfer? And what is your country of birth?

 

There isn’t usually a 60 day letter from London as the wait isn’t that long. Most people get an IL well before that.

My PD is 24th March, 2023 and DQ is October 5th 2024.How do I know that NVC UK have captured my case.I am really worried,  is over 2 months I transfered the case,I didn't receive any message only the one I received 4m NVC for my new case number

You’ve not answered a couple of the questions, it’s really hard to help you without full details. Where were you born and what does your case status say?

 

If you were born in the UK then your PD wasn’t current until 1st January, so no visa was available to you until then and it hasn’t been anywhere near 60 days.

What do you mean it doesn’t show anything? When you log in to CEAC what does it say? 
 

It sounds like you’re just expecting things to happen too early, as there was no visa available to you until 1st January your case wouldn’t have been added to the interview queue until then. But check your status and it will say when it’s in transit, hopefully you’ll get an IL in the next month.

As above, sounds like you’re just expecting things to happen too quickly. It’s only been 2 weeks, not 60 days. You should hear soon.

Is my timeline OK, please check the attachment,  how do I confirm my case is in UK, and is my case supposed to be showing.

Your case won’t be in the UK until you have an interview scheduled. I can’t see your timeline, it’s still blank I’m afraid.

As I said above, there was no visa available to you until 2 weeks ago.
