Hi! My 5 year b2 visa has expired & i have applied for a new 1 & have an interview date at us consolute! I have criminal record from 18yrs ago, can anyone tell me if i will get approved at the interview since ive been approved before? Thanks!

And did you need a waiver last time? If so you’ll need one again, but if the waiver was granted last time there’s no reason to think it won’t be again.

As Boiler said, no, it’ll be exactly the same process as last time, you need to go for the interview and then they would recommend you for a waiver if applicable.  Current NIV waiver processing times are 9-10 months so don’t book any travel until you have it in hand.
