Delayed work permit

Work Authorization question. Happy New Year to you all. I got a notice of approval for my work authorization on 10/3/2024. I haven't received my card yet. In the past, once I got approval notice, it  took approximately 3 weeks to get my card. It's now 14 weeks! I have chatted with USCIS online and visited USCIS offices, but they don't give any information. The calls for USCIS don't go through. I check on USCIS online status, and o actiion is required. My work permit expired 01.03.2025, and I was put on a limited administrative leave by my employer until i get a new permit. What are other escalation methods used?

How did you apply for the EAD, what visa are you on now?

We just got our approval this morning and on the approval notice it says this:

 

 

If you have not received your EAD card within this time frame, please visit https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do for instructions on how to submit an inquiry.

Thank you for your response. I am on G4 Visa. I did submit a request with the links you have provided https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDCForm.do?sroPageType=ndc&entryPoint=init. The message is that USCIS will give me a reply on 02/07/2025. My current employer will not wait for this long. The administrative leave would have expired.
