Most proficent USCIS field office?

I'm on a tight timeline to file and have processed an N600K.  What USCIS field office is the quickest?  Also, I'm applying for my son though my mother as I don't pass the physical presence test.  There is conflicting information on whether my mother has to be at the interview?  Does anyone know if she would have to attend the interview with me and my son?  Thank!

I don’t think anybody will know that off the top of their head, afraid you’ll just have to scroll through the processing times page and try each one to see which currently has the shortest wait - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ Bear in mind that doesn’t necessarily mean it will stay the FO with the shortest processing time though, they do fluctuate all the time, but it’ll give you an idea at least.

 

Sorry, can’t help with the question about your mother, but if you search the forum for other N600K interview experiences you should find the answer.
