How long after RFE to expect a confirmation

Hi all

hope I am not boreing you all. I am very anxious now about my NOA2. IT Is now 15 days since CSC acknowledged receipt of my RFE & still no response. Should I E-mail them, If yes could someone give me the address for CSC. I believe it was posted sometime aback just unable to locate it.

Ive been waiting now 1 month since they received my RFE and its just plain suffering he11.
