I recently submitted an I-129F petition, 2 months ago, and I have come to realize my application is incomplete because me and my beneficiary did not submit Letter of Intent to Marry. Are there anyone here who has successfully completed and was granted a K1 Visa even if they made the same mistake that I did. I have read from other forums that I will receive an RFE and maybe even a straight-out denial. I would like to remain hopeful and wait for the RFE. I hope there would be someone who was in the same situation as I am to share their experience and enlighten me. Thank you very much!

Intent to marry is one of the very few requirements for the K-1.  An RFE wouldn't be the end of the world, and it is an easy fix.

However, here is something else you could try:  you could send an amendment to your packet directly to the California Service Center.  I did this for a document (final decree of dissolution), and it was accepted and we got no RFEs.  Just write a brief, succinct cover letter and be sure to include the I-797 receipt notice number for reference.  I would just write something like  "we inadvertently omitted our statements of intent to marry and hope that it can be included with our petition."

Good luck.

Thank you very much for your reply and suggestion, I am definitely going to work on doing so.
