hey everybody!

my fiancee finally sent me all the origingal documents we submitted with our petition and all the other stuff that is needed for my interview.

he said he sent it registered mail and now im a little worried that the envelope couldnt be here in time for my interview!

he sent it out saturday and my interview is in 11 days for today. im really getting worried on this one so can anyone tell me how long it averagely takes for mail form usa to germany???

you could go to www.usps.com to get their average time

07/09/07 - Sent I-129F packet to NSC

07/20/07 - NOA1 from CSC was received

07/20/07 - Touched

11/28/07 - NOA2 approved

12/18/07 - NVC forwarded forms

01/04/08 - 2nd Packet Mailed (to me not my fiancee ???)

05/13/08 - Interview - APPROVED (K1 - Visa)

07/24/08 - POE (Las Vegas)

Nina,

Without knowing exactly how he sent the items (there are several ways (Global Express Guaranteed,Express Mail International, Priority Mail® International, First-Class Mail International and a couple for parcels) it is hard to say exactly when it will arrive. Our experience has been the post is pretty quick (over all) with the international letters - even just letters can take as little as 5-6 days. It always depends.

I sent Karin our 'package' via Express Mail International (Texas to Wuppertal-NRW) and it was there 2 days later.
