Hi all. I am a US citizen currently filling out the I-129F form for my British fiance to move here. I was filling in the info about my parents and wasn't sure whether to put my mother's maiden name or not. Her passport has my father's surname, but her driver's license has her maiden name, and it has her maiden name written on my birth certificate under "mother". Since I am providing my birth certificate as proof of my identity/citizenship, maybe I should put her maiden name to be consistent with that (my parents were married at the time). My mom kinda goes by either depending on the circumstance, she switches it up. For example she is a kindergarten teacher and her maiden name is easier for the kids to pronounce so she goes by that at work. Thanks in advance if anyone has any insight on this!!!
