Hi all. my name is Nicki. its nice to find a place where other ppl can understand. i actually found this site after reading a fairly negative article/post about americans marrying foreigners lol.

anyway im from Texas, have been dating Tefa since last december, currently engaged. he is from cairo. im 23 and hes 21. off to check out the site a little more. glad to be here.

Have you submitted your I-129F yet? Be sure to fill in your timeline when you get a chance, it's really helpful when you're seeking advice from other members. It gives them an idea about where you are in the process. It also helps you find people who are in the same stage as you.

im so lost about the whole immigration process at this point. at the beginning stages of it all. i went to visit him last month when we got engaged, been reading around. not sure where to start lol which is why im glad i found this place. what is i-29f? *looking* for it now.
