Yes, spouse is in the UK. So any salary will end once in the U.S., but the AOS was based on passive income that will continue Stateside. The thing that gets us is that we have not been given the option of showing assets, which would easily fix this. The bit; 'Joint Sponsor' is ticked on the green form, even though I mentioned to the CO that we have assets. You'd think that you'd first look to the household income/resources before looking to a 3rd party. 

 

I'll do a proper post and hopefully someone will have some advice.

I know very little about spousal financial sponsorship (mine was employment based and self sponsored, so no financials required). But there are lots of people who will be able to help suggest a way forward for you I’m sure, best of luck to you.
