I-485 Part 2 - 3.a. Family-based. Should I tick one or two options

3.a. in part 2 of I-485 form is asking me to choose which family-based category I fall under (Immediate relative of a U.S. citizen, Form I-130, I-129F, or I-360 (select your specific category below)). I came to the US with K1 visa and recently got married. There are two options that I'm not sure which one to choose (maybe both?):

 

Spouse of a U.S. Citizen.

 

or/and

 

Person admitted to the United States as a fiancé(e) or child of a fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen (K-1/K-2 Nonimmigrant).

 

Does anyone know which option would be the right one?

You did NOT enter the US as the spouse of a US citizen after being approved for an I130 SPOUSAL Visa.

The question you are answering states I130, I129F and I360 categories and lists them.

Your only answer is I129F as a K1.
