Of course, you need to provide as much evidence of bonafide marriage as you can.

This includes but not limited to:

- Full monthly or quarterly statements from joint bank accounts

- Full copy of lease agreement(s) over the years showing both of your names

- Full copies of tax return transcripts from IRS website showing you file taxes together (Married Filing Jointly)

- Copies of DLs / state IDs showing matching address

- Full insurance policies showing both names

- Flight and hotel reservations showing both names

what kind proof like the USCIS require? A lease apt? bank account under both of our name?

See the list above in my updated comment.

You can also include photos of you together with friends and family over the time.

You can include birth certificates of children if you have them.

Important stuff: all documents should be in full, ideally not redacted or altered. Not just 1 doc, as many over the time as you can produce. At least this is what I-751 instructions ask for.

Good luck!

Did you even read the guides or do any research whatsoever?   You seem wholly unprepared.   At the very least, look at the forms.

You need to do your own research in the process. Hard.

YOU  don't have to file jack squat. Now your spouse is her own petitioner. You do need to sign the form, though.

The instructions tell you exactly what to submit. Again, read the instructions, and then you can come back with specific questions.
