Hi there,

I have attached the RFE instructions for my K1 AOS. It is asking for a completed vaccination worksheet. I am wondering if I need to redo an entire medical exam including the chest xray?  "You must provide a completed I693 from a designated civil surgeon with a completed vaccination record section". ........skipping a few lines "In addition, the civil surgeon must ensure that all parts of the I-693 were properly completed." I am dreading having to fork out for the full exam, It's already so costly not working while waiting for this. Also, I am reluctant to get another X-ray when I am completely medically fine.

I am also wondering why I got sent this RFE- I have one round of each required V completed, including both Cvd shots... I suspect a typo that the doc made on the Hep B entering in "F" for "Flu vacs not available" when she should entered "B" - insufficient time interval to complete series" and perhaps needing a third Cvd shot maybe? I can't get straight info on how many Cvd shots we need at the moment.

Some advice would be so welcome thank you. RFEphoto.thumb.jpg.b0ae4623ac36b885776915396bcd6e64.jpg

Was your DS3025 marked as "completed"? Not the actual vaccines, where Visa Medicals would have checked a box saying "Voluntarily Complied (complete)" or something else.

This..... Was this marked?

Heya, YES it was marked "K applicant voluntarily completed requirements" And for K applicants they dont need the i693... I'm wondering if it would be worth ONLY submitting the updated vacs sheet. But then again, the screenshot above says to submit i693... i don't know! Any help would be so nice!

if that box is checked, then for immigration purposes your requirements are met and all you have to do is include a copy of that DS-3025 along with your I-485. Nothing else is needed.
