How do I perform change of address for Fiance(e)

My Fiance(e) was living in another city in Colombia when we originally filed. How do I go about a change of address for her to receive the package from the Embassy in Colombia? The only address change I see is for me on this end.

She can call or send an email to the US Embassy in Columbia that the packets will be sent in her new address. I did that before, i send an email to the US Embassy in Manila to send my packets to my work address, indeed they sent me 2 sets of packets, one addressed at home and other at work, they delivered it both at work though.

My name is Rafael and I going through CSC. I could'nt help to notice that you just recieved your NOA2. I just wanted to know if you had any problems. Did you get and RFE? Weare still waiting for our NOA2.

I hope from here on out it goes quick for you.
