Signature on Naturalization Certificate (Name Change)

Hi folks. So I had my oath ceremony last week, and I still haven’t signed my certificate. I’m a bit confused because the little note that cane with the packet says: 
 

“must sign your certificate, in cursive, on the line indicated using your full and complete name, exactly as it appears on your photo and certificate”

 

and on the certificate itself says: 

 

”Complete and true signature of holder “

 

However, I have undergone a name change which changed my First and Middle names. My signature on my photo not only reflects my old name, but it’s just a scribble of my initials and not at all a complete name. And one last thing, I intend to keep the scribbly style of my previous signature, changing only to my new initials, for all future documents. 
 

Please help! 😭 thank you!
