K1 221g due to medical delay

So I had my k-1 interview on the 25th nov and  everything went successfully which the counselor took my passport but was told my medicals wasn’t in yet so she gave me a 221g refusal form, I’ve had my medicals 3weeks before the interview, it’s been 4 weeks now and it still says refuse anytime I check, but it has updated twice, any suggestion please…. I’m so worried

Did they say it was because they hadn't received your medical yet - or because they were still reviewing it?

 

If they are waiting to receive it I would call Visa Medicals and check the status with them My fiance had to do this after his interview in order to get his sent over to the embassy.

Yes I was told they haven’t received my medical yet, I called the hospital where I did my medicals and I was told it’s been sent already, it’s been almost a month now and my status still haven’t changed but the update date changed twice

I would contact your embassy if possible.

I think I can only do that after 60 days
