Hi,

I received notification on the USCIS website that a request for additional evidence has been sent to me. What is the additional evidence they are looking for? Thanks

Look under the documents and you will find the letter if you don't want to wait until the snail mail comes. Once you know what they want you can prepare it and once the real letter comes send it back as the instructions says.

Is this on the website in my account profile? Thanks

Haven't used the website in a while. It used to be next to Case status , Case history, Documents when you look at the petition on my.uscis.gov

When I filed my I-129F for Jaycel, the online account they allow you to have for that did not include a documents tab. When I got an RFE, I had to wait for it to arrive in the mail.

I believe the documents tab is only for CR/IR cases.   At least, it used to be, maybe it’s changed.

I think you're right because when Jaycel got her Online Access Code when we filed her I-485 and she signed up and added her case number, it has a documents tab

Thank you. Last question on this topic. Is it common to receive a RFE for the form 129F?

I don't know how common it is but there's lots of questions here in VJ forums so I would imagine it happens quite often. We got an RFE on our I-129F petition. We gave them exactly what they asked for and they approved us 3 days after they received our RFE response. When the RFE comes, post it here with the personal information blacked out and we will try to help you as best we can :)

Yes, very.  Most of the time it is an omission - a question was missed or a box not checked.  Easy fix - just make sure you address whatever the issue is precisely as requested in the letter.

The additional evidence required that I need to submit to prove I met my fiancée within the last 2 years. The flight itinerary and photos I provided is not enough. I need to submit evidence to demonstrate that I was there to meet my fiancée. The airlines company doesn’t keep previous boarding passes.

According to the instructions for Form I-129F from the USCIS, you need to

Quote

Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) met in person during the 2-year period immediately before you filed this petition. Evidence of this meeting may include, but is not limited to, a written statement from you and/or your fiancé(e) stating the circumstances of your meeting, a copy of airline tickets, passport pages, or other evidence. If you believe you qualify for an exception to the in-person meeting requirement, submit evidence in support of the exception.

I just barely received my (electronic) NOA1, so I'm not sure my answer will be very helpful, but I included a number of photos, flight and hotel confirmation messages, and photos of boarding passes (though I only have a couple, unfortunately, as I've misplaced some and used electronic passes when possible) as evidence in my petition. It sounds like our petitions are similar in this regard; I think I overestimated the value of photos as evidence. If I were to receive an RFE of this nature, I'd include statements from my fiancée and me, statements from family members of my fiancée whom I met during my visits to the Philippines, and scans of the stamps in my old passport. I'd also check my email and digital wallets (Google Wallet and Apple Wallet) for additional digital evidence, such as expired boarding passes and electronic receipts.

I didn't keep neat, tidy records of my relationship or my travels, and I'm regretting it now and a little anxious about the prospect of receiving an RFE. I'd be curious to hear how others approached similar quandaries.

Correct. Itineraries are evidence of intent to travel not of the travel itself   Any in country evidence such as hotels, credit card charges , entry / exit stamps?
