CSPA Age

Birthday: March 23, 2001.

The priority date for this case is July 6, 2021, and it was approved on August 28, 2024.

 

Currently, this case is classified as F24 on NVC, but it should be F2A, as my child was a minor at the time of filing and I think they might have miscalculated the CSPA age.
 

Can you help me calculate my CSPA Age?

Says August this year, so should still be F2A by my very rough calculations.

That’s what I think too but NVC has me in F24 category which I think is a mistake.

OK so you need to contact them and point that out.

CSPA calculations on linked site does show he should be F-2 A..but their cut/copy function is disabled , so write it out and reference your format when you contact NVC

..and looks like VJ itself won’t alllow link to site..so GOGGLE is your friend for sourcing a calculator 😂
