Only recommend filing WoM after exhausting all other avenues, and when the case is clearly way longer than the posting processing times on USCIS website. My case was pending 39 months. I spoke to my lawyer and we filed the WoM with evidence of trying to contact USCIS through case inquiry via their website and going through congressman. We filed exactly 1 month ago.

How much did you spend total? including attorney fees and filling fees?
