Yeah in hindsight, we probably should have checked that for further details, but we were going off of this: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MNL-Manila.html

My fiance went to the police station and asked for the NBI for K-1, and the one they gave her (they claimed is what they always give for K-1 visa requests), so we didn't think much of it. Unfortunately, that was our mistake
