Good news even if you make a mistake on I-765

I posted here before that I made a mistake when applying for my hubby's work permit. Luckily (thanks to VJ) I found the mistake before action was taken on his application. I made an infopass appointment and a few days later the EAD was approved.

I had applied for him as a fiance and not as c9 (pending AOS).

Now he received his EAD in the mail and not only is the correct code noted on it - but its valid for a year.

We're so glad....

I just wanted to share because I know I'm not the only one who applied as a6 - hope this helps.
