Presumably you are a dual citizen

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Could he sponsor you?

You sound like a racist anti immigration but I am a business owner and have a well settled life here. I want to share that life with my siblings! I don't see anything wrong with using my legal right. Now please keep your anti immigration nose away from my post! No one asked for your advice about what I should do! I asked a question and requested a response for whoever doesn't have a habit of being nosy!

Eh?! I get that you’re annoyed with finding out how long it will take, but there’s no need to take it out on Boiler who’s just trying to help.

He was only responding to your post that said you wanted your family around you. If you’d said that you have a life in the US that you don’t want to give up then I’m sure his response would have been different.

Of course you can petition your brother (although there’s no ‘legal right’ to do so), it will just take a long time but there’s nothing to stop you at the moment.

Good luck.

According to the website, it's 9.5 years at the moment. Please don't share incorrect info online! Thanks

Trump can't do (removed)He is not above the law!

You have no idea how the visa bulletin works, and yet you’re telling other people they’re sharing incorrect info?

hm but isn't it unfair. I live alone and want my family around me. Shouldn't take decades. Sadly, we follow the legal path and suffer. So sad

Might be faster for you to move to them.  Or see if any third-country would be an interesting options for both of you, depending on your resources and professional qualifications.  Thailand? Costa Rica? Bermuda?  The world is full of opportunities, don't wait on USCIS bureaucracy if you have better ideas/solutions.

I am sorry but I never asked for a suggestion. Just stay on the topic and if you can't, keep scrolling!

You need to check your attitude at the door. First off Boiler is an immigrint too. He is also a very smart one as he has navigated this thing called immigration. We all have been through this storm. Dont like an answer to a question...... dont blame the messinger, he didnt make the laws. Accusing someone of being  racist without knowing what your talking about speaks volumes about you. Not a good way to make friends.

Now about your brothers options. You said your a business owner. Go find a H1b lawyer and figure out if you offer him a position in your company can you get him here quicker. You said you missed your family. Boiler was simply stating in a round about way that if that was the issue if your brother cant come here maybe you could move there. it is a valid answer to that question.

I didn't even read your long comment but what I do know is that people need to just respond to the question. Unsolicited advice is not welcome!

Boiler and others told you how long it will take.  You didn't seem to like the answer, I was trying to help you reunite faster.  Best of luck.
