Do I need a new medical exam if I am missing a few vaccines?

This is from the I-693 instructions from USCIS! It was news to me when I found it. 
 

luckily we were able to find a civil surgeon willing to do only the vaccine portion for a decent price. I already have it scheduled for when my fiance gets here.
