Yes it is wrong.... That is an "Account Transcript". You need to provide the "Tax Return Transcript". Is that the only thing you submitted with the I-864? No proof that you are a citizen or LPR? No current employment evidence?

This is what I just found...it says income wage at the top and total income at the bottom...I don't know if this will work because the total income is not enough but the total wage is enough 

I paid one of those non profit organizations

I believe he said his household size is 5 - They will go by the total income line. You will need a joint sponsor it seems unless you can submit solid proof of current income with an Employment Verification Letter and 6 months of pay slips that put you over the $45,725 minimum amount needed for household size of 5.

Primary residence cannot be used as an asset.

 

All sorts of assets are routinely ignored by USCIS - stocks, cash, gold bars.

 

A qualifying joint sponsor with good income is the safest path.
