but stuff like trackmyvisanow usually over estimate processing times, so its not 100% accurate

Whilst there are mixed responses in the past on trackmyvisanow - my personal experience was that it was inaccurate..

The most appropriate advice and thing to keep in mind is that all of these website and services to track are essentially using data to make an estimation - when USCIS is historically known for being an unpredictable organisation in terms of their processing behaviours. So trying to predict when a case will be approved is going to have its limits when the organisation itself is so unpredictable; USCIS skips weeks, jumps back, speeds up, slows down - all on a regular basis.

Best thing to do is to try and focus on work or hobbies, and take the tracking methods with a grain of salt.

We've all been there, the wait is awful. But it'll all be worth it in the end! :)

country is India so expect longer for the actual interview, and  embassy to do the additional security checks for u to see approved or denied / what you are seeing now is  estimate of a petition approval only .   This   is only the 1st step

It will be a it slower are this time for the holidays are coming and staff in several offices are often told to use their vacation time

"use or loose it "  as businesses and some government offices to now row vacation time over like they use to

Federal holidays that will affect your processing time

Christmas Day off

New Year's day off

Martin Luther King birthday off (jan 20th)

Washington's birthday off (Feb 17th

While u wait do your 2024 tax returns as soon as you can so you have the IRS transcripts for interview

Quit counting the days and keep yourself busy
