I think it is unlikely that your visas will be approved, considering your age, income, lack of ties to your country, etc. But all you can do is try and see what happens.

I would recommend an attitude adjustment though. The questions and comments you received in this forum are similar to what you can expect in your interview, so make sure you are able to respond to them in a polite way without getting defensive.

The questions you get here are mild….

Where'd you get it's a US GF? To me it looks like they're both Moroccan - asking for tourist visa.

Ohhhhh.  You're right.......LOL......It was early for me......my only excuse.  Thanks for pointing that out.

You did.  My mistake for missing that.   I still wish you luck.

Thank you for wishing me good luck :)

"so little income"? it's almost like every country has a different level of income (Morocco is the orange one, smack in the middle) ;)

but to answer your question, I save up and plan my trip to fit my budget.

That's not median income ... Thats median per capita .. which includes the total population, working or not.

The USA median household income for 2024 is projected to be $75K ... Your income of $20K/year is below the poverty level for a family of 2 (you and your gf).  The likelyhood of young people staying in the USA to get a much higher paying job than you can in your country, and the likelyhood  of finding someone  to marry them, and the unlikely chance that someone will spend months and months of salary to visit the USA .. when there are so many cheaper and nicer places to visit nearby ..and your gf being totally dependent on you,  is going to make it very unlikley or extremely unlikely for both of you to get a tourist visa.   But you seem very confident, so sure .. give it a try and let us know how ...

Ties to Moroc are not strong enough to show u would return.

  • .own property
  • have a credit card
  • have savings enough to pay for trip(s)
  • have debit card with well over 5000 USD in account

Try taking her to one of the many many countries that a Moroccan can travel to

Single males /single Moroccan females both run into the problem that CO will assume u intend to stay

We had to apply twice to get a tourist visa for my Moroccan MIL

your income of 16000 dirham is actually fantastic for Moroc but not enough to travel to US

Adil flew out today to bring his mom for a visit / round trip for 2 was over $3000 USD   that's Casa to New York city

Royal Air Moroc is the cheapest and you really don't want that airline.

check airline prices,  hotels,  and food (just paid $21 USD for 2 at Mc donalds)

check out car rental to do that east coast trip

Taxis in US are only in large cities and they are not cheap

We do not have good passenger bus or train service / none at all where i live

My neice took a bus from upstate NYS to middle of NC to bring a car back and one way was $1200 USD

Honestly wish tourist visas were available to all foreigners so u could see our beautiful  country but chances of either of u getting approved is slim to no chance.  it doesn't hurt to try and wait time for visa interview  was 4 months last i looked

allah yessir

congrats to her on the degree and to u both for a great future

u could search job offers here in US /companies that say they will do the work for work visa

Good point. Even if OP would apply right now, they likely would not have an interview until August, so that will be a bit late for a Summer trip to the US.

I think your odds of getting a visa are extremely low. Many are focused on the cost of the trip, but I am sure you can save up for it. I'm guessing you live with family and have minimal expenses. On the other hand... On paper, you're a prime candidate to come here, overstay your visa and work under the table. I mean never say never, and I would be delighted to be wrong, but yeah, I wouldn't hold out much hope if I were you. Good luck!
