Its hard to say for sure. But provided that everything is normal, that should be enough time.

It should be ok, unless they are busy, the arriving flight is late. Problem is there are a few unknows.

Is there another flight after that one in cases they miss it

Should be enough. We had little over 3 hrs. It is a weird airport for connections but immigration only took 40 mins to clear.

3 hrs will be enough, i think. That was my POE. As things would have it, 4 international flights (including mine) landed, so it took me about two hours to clear immigration. And it took so long only because (as luck would have it) 5 people ahead of me had problems with their visas, and someone misplaced the EAD stamp(er), and had to look for it EVERYWHERE before they could stamp my passport and let me go.

I wouldn't take changes though, and take some more time. My last transfer only the checking in and out of the bags too almost three hours... That was at Philadelphia though.
