The tab for AOS is not clickable for us. Additionally, Petitioner's information is missing from the Summary page; there's only a table with Applicant info (see image).

We've been DQ'ed and the interview has been scheduled. We received an email from the Consulate instructing us to upload some additional documents to CEAC. We've uploaded everything under "Applicant's heading," but one of the documents they mentioned was "Evidence of relationship between petitioner and applicant such as photographs etc." which is supposed to be uploaded under "Petitioner's heading." The problem is we can't access that tab.

We were able to upload it under Petitioner's heading, that is, in Civil Documents, as "Other" (but haven't submitted it yet). Worst case: if by the interview date we still can't access the AOS tab, I guess we will just submit it from the Civil Documents folder and hope for the best since don't know what else to do here. Any thoughts or advice? I will, of course, bring all hard copies to the interview.....

(We've contacted the Consulate, and they just said to contact NVC. We contacted NVC, and they said the case is with the Consulate so we shuold contact the Consulate...)

I had this happen during my MIL's processing.  I had to send them an email and ask them to "re-open" or "unlock" the record so I could submit additional information.

I had put both of our forms under the applicant, and I was supposed to create a second entry for the applicant's husband to upload my stuff to.

Send them an email and ask them to tell the system you have more to do.  Give them a couple of business days to unlock it.
