Missing Interview in Lagos Nigeria

Good Day Everyone  Please I'm writing this mail concerning my brother wife who had an interview on 26th FEBRUARY 2024. Unfortunate, she couldn't make it for the interview because they were robbed on their way to the Embassy.. We have trying to reschedule the interview since February 26 2024 but we couldn't find date on our own, is  anybody  had the same issued before please help on how to process... we have been calling messaging NVC so many time not respond

did she  inform the embassy and send copy of the police report /

she needs to send email to embassy asking for them to reschedule and be prepared to show proof of why she did not attend
