Hello,

I currently hold a valid L1B visa, which I have held for 3 years. As you're likely aware, this visa can only be extended for an additional 2 years. To continue my stay, my employer has offered me two alternative visa options: H1B or L1A.

I am particularly interested in the L1A visa, but I am uncertain whether I qualify for the EB1C category under this visa. To clarify my eligibility, I will provide more details about my profile.

I have over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with the past 5 years spent in a dual role as both a Technical Architect and Project Manager. We can provide any necessary documentation to USCIS to support this if required.

My question is: will USCIS accept our evidence, or do they strictly require at least one year of managerial experience in foreign country before entering the U.S. on an L1B visa? In other words, will USCIS consider my managerial experience prior to my entry into the U.S. on an L1B?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
