My fiancé has filed k1 visa application on June 28,2024. While most applications that filed after our case were processed  and got approved, we didn't get approval notice from USCIS. I found that the applications which have filed on June 28,2024 weren't process. IS there anyone knows what happened?

Each petition is separate and are processed at their own pace.  There are a lot of factors involved at the petition stage such as which service center gets the petition, need for a background check of the petitioner, and mundane items like a USCIS clerk being out or something like that.  One thing with immigration is that patience is a virtue.  Hopefully your petition will process soon.
