I applied for an AOS in the United States I got a RFE from uscis stating I need a joint sponsor which I eventually got but I submit my husband taxe transcript for 2021 and 2022 but because he file for my son who was already claimed 2023 is showing as non filing so I couldn’t submit to uscis and they are saying I need to, should I amend the tax and send it in to uscis explaining what happen?

It will be wise to talk to an attorney. but in my opinion, amend to make the needed corrections.
