They received it today - Tues., April 4th, 2006 (x-press post)

Does anyone know how long will I wait for the interview - approximately?

2006-03-03 => package received by NVC

2006-03-15 => package left NVC to Montreal Consulate

2006-03-28 => Packet 3 received by mail

2006-04-03 => Packet 3 sent back to Montreal

2006-04-03 => Medical[have to do german measles and chicken pox vaccinations, because I'm missing them...(Dr.Seiden - 145 Front St, Toronto)

2006-04-04 => Packet 3 received by Montreal

Welcome to the "Waiting for an interview from Montreal" club.

Guessing from the postings we've seen here lately, you will get your Packet 4 with your interview date about 4 weeks after they receive your Packet 3, and the interview date will be another 4 weeks after that. So you should be looking to receive your Packet 4 around the first week of May, with an interview date the first or second week of June.

yeah, well I'm waiting IMPATIENTLY for over a year for this to be over......

it's taking a long time as u all can see......

hopefully Montreal won't be THAT long.....

There's a lot of us waiting. It seems Montreal hasn't issued an interview date in over three weeks. I talked to them last Friday, and they said they are severely backlogged, and are currently booking interview dates for late June and early July.

Thing is, there are people who sent their Packet 3's in a week before mine, and they got their interview dates three weeks ago, for the beginning of May. Since then, they just stopped.

So who knows what is going on?
