Visa status shows ready after the interview

I had my IR1 interview at the US embassy in Bangladesh on 4th of December. My visa status is still showing ready with no updates since the day of the interview. Should I be concerned?

any red flags ??

any additonal documents needed?

 

can just be extended AP for additional security checks

nothing to do at this point but wait for CO to do the work needed

No red flags that I know of. Officer had approved my and my son's visas

Way too early to be concerned. My CEAC tracker showed as "Ready" until days later, to which it changed to "Approved" and some days later changed to "Issued." It took around 1 week total, a little more if you include the time to receive my passport and visa.

 

Did you get verbal approval on the day?

 

Now that it's Saturday, don't expect any updates until Monday at the earliest. They are human beings and admin can take time, dependent on individual workloads.

Looks like you're an EB2 applicant, so bear in mind spouses are given priority for interviews over employment based. 

 

And please fill in your timeline! We don't even know if your PD is current so you may not be in the queue for an interview yet. I have mentioned it before but you filling in your timeline would mean we can help you much more, but also that you then 'pay it forward' and help other EB applicants that follow too.  Thanks.
