Hello..

Was just wondering if anyone can guide me about the timeframe...

In my passport the IO officer  has written until jan 1 to my visa... however due to planning and availability.. our wedding will be around Dec 20... then we will submit the papers after.

Will I have enough time?

Other says I have, as it will depend on the submission date? But i just wanted to make sure, i do not want any complications to my adjustment of status.

So you're marrying December 20, 2024?

When did you enter on K-1?

The most important thing is to get married within the 90 days. If you don't file the AOS package within the 90 days then you will be out of status until you get your NOA1 for the I-485 which then puts you in a period of "Authorized Stay" until they adjudicate your case. Any unauthorized stay in between will be forgiven as you are an immediate relative (spouse) of a US Citizen and will not be a bar to adjusting status. File as soon as you can because once the visa expires you are out of status until you have filed the I-485 and it is officially received by USCIS.
